Agenda turns two
KATHMANDU: Agenda Weekly, a development-and economy-based newspaper, has completed its one year of publication on Friday.
Addressing the anniversary gathering Suresh Acharya, editor-in-chief of the vernacular weekly claimed that the paper has brought a new wave in exploring development and economic issues in the country.
“During its one year of publication, the newspaper has been successful in exposing hidden development agendas,” he said. Rajendra Dahal, president of Press Council and Dr Shankar Sharma, former vice-chairman of the National Planning Commission (NPC) also spoke on
the occasion.
