Wai Wai adds calcium :

KATHMANDU: C G Foods (Nepal) Pvt Ltd has added extra calcium in its leading instant noodle brand Wai Wai. With this addition, Wai Wai now offers benefits of calcium shakti as much as four times more than any other noodles in Nepal, claims the company. Few months back, Wai Wai had added extra proteins and changed over to metal foil packaging. With the addition of extra calcium, 75gm of Wai Wai meets 18 to 20 per cent of child’s dietary requirement, adds the release. — HNS

SCCI for int’l airport :

BUTWAL: Siddarthanagar Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) has allocated Rs 501,000 from its budget for providing assistance to the construction of Bhairahawa International Airport. SCCI has allocated the budget as there is a dire need of a second international airport in Nepal, particularly for the overall development of Lumbini Zone along with the development of industry, business and tourism sectors in the area. SCCI has appealed to all concerned organisations, associations and private sector under it to provide necessary assistance for starting the construction of the airport. — RSS
