Bank of Kathmandu (BoK) held its 13th AGM on Monday. The AGM approved a cash dividend of 20 per cent from the net profit of Rs 262 million it made during the fiscal year 2063-64. The bank was able to increase its net profit by 30 per cent in comparison to last fiscal year. "The total deposits reached Rs 12.38 billion, an increment of 18.15 per cent in comparison to last fiscal year," states a press release.
