Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Paudel has said the government will introduce policies and programmes, and a budget geared towards meeting the constitutional objectives of building an independent, self-sufficient and productive society.

Addressing a gathering of tourism entrepreneurs from Nepal National Tourism Entrepreneurs Organisation Province No 5, in Bhairahawa, today, he said the government was committed to bringing programmes in line with the policy of building a prosperous Nepal, economic development and happy future for the Nepalis.
