New branches
KATHMANDU: The fourth annual general meeting of Sagarmatha Merchant Banking and Finance Limited concluded on Wednesday.
Officials of the company announced that they would open new branches at Birtamod, Dharan, Itahari, Sunsari, Biratnagar, Solokhumbu and Salleri. The bank has been providing
ATM services and SMS banking facilities to its customers. It provided 10 per cent cash dividend to its customers this fiscal year.
Garima turns
KATHMANDU: Garima Bikas Limited has completed two years of operations and entered its third year. The bank has its head office in Waling of Syangja district and has branche offices in Pokhara city, Syangja, Rampur, Galyang and Tansen. Authorised, issued and paid-up capital of the bank is Rs 1 billion, Rs 200 million and Rs 160 million respectively. Bank official Govind Prasad Dhakal said it vested women entrepreneurs with Rs 6 million in loans for business.
