KATHMANDU: Civil Bank Ltd organised its seventh and eighth annual general meeting (AGM) on Friday.

The meeting has decided to provide 10.25 per cent bonus shares from the bank’s paid-up capital of fiscal year 2016-17 to its shareholders.

Similarly, the meeting also decided to issue 4.05 per cent bonus shares from the bank’s paid-up capital of fiscal year 2017-18 to its shareholders.

The AGM also elected Ichchha Raj Tamang, Ambir Bogati and Pratap Jung Pandey to its board of directors from among the promoter shareholders.

Likewise, from among general shareholders, Prakash Tayal, Shambhu Prasad Panta and Yugesh Bahadur Malla were elected to the board of directors.
