KATHMANDU: Building on its signature ‘Clear cha’ credo which salutes the spirit and ingenuity of the youth, brand Sprite is inviting people of Nepal to come forth and unleash their talent, creativity and edginess in the first of its kind and exciting, Sprite ‘Clear Bol’ Challenge. Starting from the third week of May, Sprite lovers across nine cities will get a chance to perform single, raw and edgy acts in the form of rap, slam poetry, stand-up performance, speed poetry, beat box or any unique and extraordinary performance. The top two winners from each city will then get into the ultimate battleground with none other than the King of Rap, Yama Buddha. The cities where the contest will be held are Kathmandu, Birtamode, Damak, Itahari, Dharan, Biratnagar, Birgunj, Hetauda and Pokhara. During the contest Yama will visit these towns and throw an open challenge to participants to beat him in the rap battles. He will shortlist contestants if they battle him out and the top contestants will come over to Kathmandu and compete one on one in the grand battle night. The top two will be declared winners who will get a chance to feature in an original Yama Buddha rap song specially created for Sprite Clear Bol.
