KATHMANDU: The Confederation of Nepalese Industries Young Entrepreneurs Forum (CNIYEF) members met with Deepak Raj Joshi, CEO, Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) to learn in detail and discuss about ‘Visit Nepal 2020’ campaign.

The objective of the discussion was for CNIYEF to learn about NTB’s plan to bring in two million tourists to Nepal in 2020 and celebrate one million tourists in 2018.

The agenda was also for NTB to learn and receive feedback on tourism and ‘Visit Nepal 2020’ from dynamic entrepreneurs and young leaders from CNIYEF.

During the discussion, Joshi mentioned that apart from the popular destinations, NTB is also looking to promote three circuits — Ramayan Circuit, Shiva Circuit and Buddha Circuit.

He also talked about the idea of having a duty-free zone in different parts of the nation to attract tourists. The event concluded with a cake-cutting ceremony to celebrate one million tourists in 2018.
