Biratnagar, January 12:

Speakers participating in a workshop related to postal service, organised by the Eastern Regional Postal Directorate have stressed on the need to give commercial autonomy to postal authorities.

They also stressed on the need to further equip postal authorities in terms of its manpower and technical expertise in order to improve efficiency of postal service.

The workshop is aimed at collecting suggestions in order to make the postal service people-oriented and credible.
