KATHMANDU: According to recent Garment Association Nepal (GAN) statistics, during the year 2009 total Nepali RMG export to US was worth $49.12 lakh and it was worth $13.6 million during the year 2008. All in all, it was a total 48 per cent fall that was observed in the total garment export during the month of December compared to the same period last year. Total garment export value during month of December, 2009 was $4.77 lakh while it was $9.25 lakh in the same period last year.
