Dreams Homes Developers Pvt Ltd has launched a new planned housing — ‘Dreamz Homez’ — at Bhainsepati in Lalitpur today.

Located two kilometres away from the Ring Road, the Dreamz Homez comprises of 14 independent houses spread over the area of five ropanis of land.

“Our houses are a blend of modern architecture with a traditional Nepali ‘vastukala’ targeted to accommodate three generations of family in a house,” said Kiran K Shrestha, chairman of Dreams Homes Developers Pvt Ltd.

“We are marketing our products with a slogan ‘It’s a complete home in a classic mode’, as it has been designed for a family having a modern social outlook with classical and contemporary features,” he added.

In order to give traditional Nepali look, the Dreamz Homez has used Nepali bricks and crafted wooden windows and doors.

“Each house has an area of over 2,300 sq feet and four bedrooms, one kitchen, dinning room, sitting room, family room, four bathrooms, balconies, puja room on the top

floor, separate maid room and toilet, and car porch, he added.

Underground storm water drainage system, individual water supply and power supply line, independent septic tank and soak pit and underground water tank of 10,000-litre are some of external facilities that each Dreamz Homez has to offer to its customers, Shrestha said.

Customer can possess a house within the 12 months or earlier from the date of booking and payment can be done on one lump sum basis and construction linked payment.

“Price ranges between Rs 63,00,000 to Rs 81,00,000 depending upon area covered by a house,” he informed.
