EBL’s CSR activity

KATHMANDU: As decided by its board of directors, Everest Bank Ltd (EBL) handed over pure drinking water service to Ratna Rajya Higher Secondary School, Mid-Baneshwor, in Kathmandu.

Amid a formal function, the facility was jointly unveiled by former deputy prime minister Prakash Man Singh and B K Shrestha, chairman of EBL. The programme was also attended by various dignitaries including former ministers, members of parliament, high-level officials of Punjab National Bank as well as Everest Bank, as per a press statement.

EBL has always been conscious of its social responsibilities and as part of its CSR activities, has been organising various programmes for the benefit of the people at large mainly for noble causes like promoting good health, creating awareness, building infrastructure besides donating computers, stationery items and lab equipment to schools.
