Kathmandu, August 6 :

Confederation of Nepalese Industries (CNI), while discussing with the members of Foreign Policy Review task force, has stressed on the need to incorporate the issue of economic diplomacy while formulating foreign policy, states a press release.

CNI team — headed by Narendra Kumar Basnyat — suggested the task force that economic diplomacy should be boosted focusing on export, tourism, trade and investment. “The government while appointing ambassadors should make it compulsory that the people who has the knowledge of trade and economic issues should be selected.”
