Effort into exportation of Nepali products to neighbours on : FNCCI Prez Rana
RAMPUR: Federation of Nepalese Chamber of Commerce and Industries (FNCCI) President Bhawani Rana on Tuesday pledged to internationalise the trade of dhaka textiles, Karuwa and gingers, the staple products of Palpa.
Inaugurating the Golden Jubilee of the Palpa Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in the district, Rana said that the trade of the staple products would contribute towards country's economic prosperity.
She added that the FNCCI would continue putting more effort into exporting the Nepali products to India and China.
Stating that the country's political environment was getting better, the FNCCI President spoke of preparations to work in the interest of industrial entrepreneurs in coordination with the local bodies.
During the programme, she also honoured more than 100 incumbent and former officials of the Palpa Chamber of Commerce and Industry for their contribution.
On the occasion, Former FNCCI President Chandiraj Dhakal said that the organisation has been working in the interest of the industrialists and entrepreneurs.
The jubilee was marked with a musical procession on Tuesday morning.
The ceremony was presided over by Palpa Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Mohan Prasad Shrestha.
