EBL turns 25
KATHMANDU: To mark its 25th Foundation Day, Everest Bank Ltd (EBL) conducted various corporate social responsibility programmes at its head office, Lazimpat, in coordination with Norvic International Hospital and Nepal Red Cross Society.
The bank organised blood donation programme, free health check-ups and talk programme with Dr Yadav Bhatta of Norvic Hospital, as per a media release. The function was attended by board of directors, chief executive officer and senior officials of the bank. More than 1,000 people attended the programme and around 100 people donated blood.
At the same function, the bank also felicitated staff members having served the bank since its inception.
Besides, all the provincial and branch offices of the bank also celebrated the 25th anniversary by felicitating the oldest customer and cutting a cake. Presently the bank is rendering professionalised and efficient banking services through its widest domestic network of 94 branches, 30 revenue collection counters, 122 ATMs and many correspondents across the globe.
