Everest Bank Limited (EBL) has proposed a 10.32 per cent dividend to its shareholders for the fiscal year 2077/78 on Friday.
The bank has proposed to pay 6 per cent bonus shares and 4.32 per cent dividend. The bank has a paid-up capital of NRs 8,89,37,17,178.
The decision taken by the 334th meeting of board of directors is subject to approval by the central bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company.
As of Friday, Everest Bank has an LTP of Rs 739.
