Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) has expressed its deep condolence at the untimely demise of its former vice-president and treasurer, Mohan Gopal Khetan, last Friday. FNCCI held a condolence meeting at its secretariat on Sunday. FNCCI

has also stated that the late Khetan’s contribution to Nepal’s private sector particularly towards industrial development, trading, banking and financial sector would be greatly remembered.

Since the establishment of Khetan Group, he was actively involved in socio-economic development and his contribution in the field of health and education are remarkable, states a FNCCI press release here. His contribution to institutional and organisational development of FNCCI has been very substantial and continues to be a source of inspiration.

FNCCI has stated that his untimely demise is an irrepairable loss to the Nepali private sector.
