Fine gold reaches Rs 211,400 per tola; silver also sees price hike

The price of gold has surged by Rs 1,600 per tola in the domestic market on Sunday.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, fine gold is now being traded at Rs 212,000 per tola, up from Rs 210,400 per tola recorded on Friday.
Gold has witnessed a sharp rise of Rs 12,600 per tola in just 10 days since it crossed the Rs 200,000 per tola mark on August 29.
Meanwhile, the price of silver has also edged up by Rs 10 per tola, reaching Rs 2,500 per tola compared to Rs 2,490 last Friday.
