The price of gold fell further by Rs 1,000 per tola on Monday in the domestic market, following a reduction of Rs 500 per tola on Sunday.

The recent fluctuations in gold prices saw an increase of Rs 2,000 per tola on Friday, coming after a significant drop of Rs 4,000 per tola on Thursday.

According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, the price of fine gold is currently set at Rs 165,000 per tola, a decrease from Rs 166,000 per tola just a day prior.

In addition, silver prices have also experienced a decline, with a drop of Rs 5 per tola. Silver, which was trading at Rs 1,960 per tola on Sunday, is now available for Rs 1,955 per tola.
