The price of gold in the domestic market increased by Rs 400 per tola on Thursday, continuing its recent upward trend.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, fine gold is now being traded at Rs 192,100 per tola, up from Rs 191,700 per tola on Wednesday.
Similarly, silver prices also rose sharply, increasing by Rs 25 per tola. Silver is being traded at Rs 2,170 per tola, compared to Rs 2,145 per tola the previous day.
This marks the third consecutive day of price gains for gold in the domestic market.
