KATHMANDU, JANUARY 29
The price of gold in the domestic market surged by Rs 1,400 per tola on Wednesday after experiencing a decline in recent days.
According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Association, the price of fine gold has risen to Rs 160,600 per tola, up from Rs 159,200 per tola on Tuesday.
Similarly, silver prices also saw an increase, gaining Rs 20 per tola. The price of silver, which was Rs 1,835 per tola on Tuesday, has now risen to Rs 1,855 per tola.
