KATHMANDU: Himalayan Bank Ltd (HBL), under its corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative, has extended its helping hand to District Police Office Kathmandu.
On the request of the District Police Office Kathmandu and looking at the current scenario, the bank has donated five units of Gopro Hero 9 camera along with Insta 360 Chest Strap worth Rs 267,500 to monitor unwanted activities happening in Kathmandu, as per a media release.
On behalf of the bank, Ashoke SJB Rana, chief executive officer of HBL, handed over the cameras to Superintendent of Police at District Police Office Kathmandu, Kumud Dhungel, in presence of Ujjal Rajbhandary, deputy chief executive officer and Samir Acharya, chief manager.
