KATHMANDU, FEBRUARY 2

Hyundai Nepal has announced a new Battery Management System (BMS) software update for Creta EV customers, aimed at improving vehicle driving range under Nepali road and driving conditions.

The company has invited all Creta EV owners to visit authorised service centres to receive the update. According to Hyundai Nepal, the optimized BMS calibration can increase driving range by approximately 15 to 25 kilometres.

The update is being rolled out across Hyundai's nationwide service network and is intended to enhance convenience and confidence for EV users, particularly for daily commuting and urban driving.

Hyundai Nepal stated that the initiative reflects its commitment to continuous product improvement and customer satisfaction. The brand is supported by a nationwide aftersales service network, 63-plus Re-Lax Recharge stations, and Laxmi Motor Corporation's four-wheeler assembly plant, the only one of its kind in Nepal.
