KATHMANDU: Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN) has awarded ‘Best Presented Accounts (BPA) Award 2008’ to Himalayan Bank Ltd (HBL) in the banking sector, subject to prudential supervision. Evaluation of the annual report was done as per the criteria set by South Asian Federation of Accountants (SAFA). The award was distributed on the occasion of oath-taking ceremony of newly-elected council members of the Institute. Post-award, HBL will have the privilege of nomination for ‘SAFA Best Presented Accounts Award 2008’.
