ICC, Nepal gets new panel

Kathmandu, October 15:

Rajesh Kaji Shrestha has been unanimously chosen as the president of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Nepal national committee. The fourth AGM of ICC Nepal committee held today unanimously elected the 29-member new executive committee for the next term.

B K Shrestha of Alliance Insurance, Kush Kumar Joshi, second vice-president of FNCCI and Lokmanya Golchha, second vice-president of Nepal Chamber of Commerce respectively, are the first, second and third vice-presidents of the ICC-Nepal national committee.

Badri Prasad Ojha, executive chairman of Sanima Development Bank is the general secretary and Chandra Prasad Dhakal, president of Nepal Remittance Association is the treasurer. Two honorary secretaries are Rajendra Aryal of Trikon Advertising and Namgyal Lama, president of Nepal Freight Forwarders’ Association.

The executive members of the committee include Shambhu Thapa, Akhil Kumar Chapagain, Ang Dendi Sherpa, Arun Kumar Chaudhary, Aatma Ram Murarka, Dr Bhola Rijal, Deepak Prakash Shrestha, Jivan Nepal, Joy Dewan, Kiran Sakha, Kumud Duggar, LP Sawa, Parmeshwar Mahaseth, Prakash Shrestha, Prithvi Bahadur Pande, Radhesh Pant, Sukunta Lal Hirachan, Dr Sandip Shah, Sashikant Agrawal, and Shiva Prasad Ghimire.
