KATHMANDU: Good Karma Group of Companies has launched Karma Residences, featuring 162 luxury apartments located at Maharajgunj, Kathmandu, comparable with the finest condominiums in New York City.
The architecture and design services are by world class international consultants, UNA in Mumbai and the civil and interior construction will be handled by A-One Construction, as per a media release.
Viscous wall dampers are used for earthquake protection and it is the first apartment building to follow Nepal's new and stricter structural/building codes and by-laws after the Great Earthquake of 2015.
The prices start from Rs 40 million, with 20 per cent first instalment and payable in seven instalments over three years. Bank financing and mortgages are available if needed. Units for sale are sized at 2.5 BHK to 3.5 BHK.
