Kathmandu, October 28:

Rajendra K Khetan, chairman of Himalayan Snax and Noodles Pvt Ltd, has been awarded with “Grande Official Da Ordem Do Infante D Herique”, the National Order of Portugal, on behalf of the of President of Portugal.

According to a press statement issued by Consulate of Portugal, Joaquim Jose Lemos Ferreira Marques, ambassador of Portugal today officially handed over the award to Khetan at a function. Speaking at the same function, Ferreira, ambassador of Portugal hoped that relations between Nepal and Portugal would be enhanced further in the days ahead. National Poet Madhav Prasad Ghimire also expressed his hopes that young entrepreneur Khetan would contribute to national development in the days to come, says the statement.
