KATHMANDU: Lumbini General Insurance Company Ltd (LGI) and Sagarmatha Insurance Company Ltd (SICL) have signed a merger agreement.
LGI Chairperson Manohar Das Mull and SICL Chairperson Ramakrishna Manandhar signed the agreement.
Following the successful merger in a share swap ratio of 100:80, both firms have agreed to operate under the name Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Company Ltd.
