KATHMNADU: Gold on Sunday opened at Rs 27,650 per 10 gram and remained at the same price on Monday. Gold moved to Rs 27,695 per 10 gram on Tuesday but fell to Rs 27,610 on Wednesday. On Thursday, gold was traded for Rs 27, 650 per 10 gram and closed at Rs 27,780 per 10 gram on Friday. Meanwhile, silver opened at Rs 416 per 10 gram and traded for the same price on Monday. The price increased to Rs 421 on Tuesday and further increased to Rs 426 on Wednesday. On Thursday, it again rose and reached Rs 428.50 per 10 gram. Silver closed at Rs 433 per 10 gram on Friday.
