KATHMANDU:

Malika Development Bank Ltd (MDBL) has entered into a strategic partnership with Smart Choice Technologies (SCT) for modern banking service and issuance of ATM cards. “MDBL has become the first development bank to offer ATM service from the Far-West Development Region,” states a press release. The bank is based in Dhangadhi and has branch in Tikapur and Mahendranagar. The bank will provide ATM facilities within two months.
