KATHMANDU: Paramount Motors, the official distributor and importer of MG cars in Nepal, has launched the MG Comet EV and MG 4 EV in the Nepali market.
Offering a range of 230 km on a full charge, MG Comet EV has a battery of 17.3 Kwh and a motor of 31.26 KW, as per a media release. The starting price of MG Comet EV is Rs 1.799 million and it comes to two variants - Play and Pace.
Meanwhile, in addition to being the UK Car of the Year 2023, the MG 4 EV, which looks very attractive, has also received five stars for safety in Europe. Available in two variants, Comfort and Luxury, MG 4 Comfort EV has a battery capacity of 51 Kwh and 99 KW motor. MG 4 Luxury EV has a battery capacity of 64 Kwh and a motor of 150 KW.
The starting price of MG 4 Comfort EV is Rs 4.149 million while starting price of MG Luxury EV is Rs 5.899 million.
