NAC aircraft back from Brunei

Kathmandu, July 8:

After almost nine months, the Boeing 9N-ACA aircraft of Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) finally returned to Kathmandu at ten today morning.

“The aircraft is technically sound and it has been booked for a chartered flight to Kolkata tomorrow,” Raju KC, commercial director of NAC said, adding that the NAC still is not starting its daily flights to New Delhi because of less demand.

“We will start daily flights to New Delhi from August 1 and are also preparing to start Shanghai and Osaka flights from mid September,” he added.

The Boeing 757 aircraft was sent to Brunei for C check last August and it took a long time to return from its regular check up.
