Kathmandu, July 1:

Once very revered and now ailing national flag carrier, Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC), has, though not a single reason to celebrate, celebrated golden jubilee today. The airlines needs a massive revamp to sustain in this competitive market. NAC is, at present, operating international fli-ghts with only one aircraft. One aircraft has gone to C check some eight months ago but has not been back yet.

Though, newly appointed technocrat MD Capt K B Limbu thinks that it will recover and soon spring back to its past glory, it has gone down to its lowest ebb.
