NAC flight grounded
Kathmandu, July 2:
On the very next day of the celebration of its golden jubilee, the national flag carrier Nepal Airlines Corporation’s (NAC) flight to New Delhi failed to take off today morning.
“The flight could not take off this morning due to poor load reasons,” said Raju KC, manager
of NAC. There were just six passengers on board the plane that was scheduled to fly to New Delhi after a long gap.
At present, the airlines is operating its international flights with only one of its two aircraft. “The flight to New Delhi will take off on Tuesday,” KC assured. “Another aircraft that has gone to C check to Brunei is also returning Friday.”
