Nepal Bangladesh Bank (NB Bank) Ltd is set to reach an agreement with Fieldstone Capital Services (FCS) as a technical associate for administration of the Power Development Fund (PDF). The PDF is designed to provide long term financing for small and medium private sector hydropower projects in Nepal. Fieldstone’s focused industry practice is in energy and infrastructure, with dedicated terms and offices in New York, London, Johannesburg, Berlin and Hyderabad. It has provided financial advisory services across entire range of transactions form public offers for listed utilities to the arrangement of independent power project debt and equity financing.
