KATHMANDU: The National Banking Institute (NBI) has unveiled its ‘financial literacy’ application as part of its corporate social responsibility.

The app is the first of its kind to promote financial literacy in Nepal, says a statement issued by the NBI.

Embedded in the app are e-books on financial literacy, visuals of success stories, knowledge test kits and a discussion forum, according to the statement.

All the learning materials are in Nepali language. The app can be downloaded for free by those who use Android-based smartphones.
