KATHMANDU, DECEMBER 3
Ncell's self-service mobile application has surpassed 10 million downloads, making it one of Nepal's most widely used digital platforms. Marking the milestone, the telecommunications company has announced a 10-day celebration campaign offering customers a chance to win 10 GB of all-time data.
The Ncell App allows users to top up, buy packs, register complaints, transfer balances, play online/offline games, and activate or deactivate services without visiting outlets or dialing short codes. According to the company, the app has become a major digital gateway for customers, including Nepali migrant workers abroad who use it to recharge and access services while roaming.
Under the celebration campaign, 10 customers daily will win 10 GB data for 10 days. First-time app logins and any pack purchases during the campaign period qualify for the offer.
Stephen Rodriguez, Ncell's Chief Digital Channels and Experience Officer, said the milestone reflects how deeply integrated the app has become in customers' daily digital habits and aligns with the government's Digital Nepal vision.
Designed for ease of use and personalization, the app also enables users to track usage and subscriptions and create lists of favourite packs. The app is available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
