The online chat service has already come into operation, whereby all Ncell customers can get real-time customer support on any Ncell product and service, as per a statement issued on Tuesday. Customers can visit Ncell’s official website,, select the online chat button, fill all the details (name, mobile number and e-mail) required and get connected with the Ncell support team instantly. Ncell has always been committed to enhance customer experience and thus has also been constantly addressing queries and issues of customers raised on Facebook and Twitter instantly. Moreover, Ncell has also made browsing of the company’s website free. With the new service, all the customers will be able to get one-to-one support and obtain details of any Ncell product and service or updates on various issues in minimal time. In the initial phase, the online chat service will be available from 9:00am to 5:30pm every day.
