Ncell hosts seminar
KATHMANDU: Ncell, the leading mobile service provider of the country, organised a thematic seminar on tourism on Wednesday, as part of the Ncell App Camp 2015. The seminar was focused on providing additional knowledge to teams developing tourism related apps, as per a press statement. In the seminar, experts from the sector discussed global trends in the app market, and how Nepali developers can tap into the trends. They also discussed the challenges and opportunities the app developers can expect to come across. Raj Gyawali of Social Tours was the keynote speaker while the seminar was attended by Ashutosh Tiwari, CEO of Sherpa Adventure Gear, Sunil Sharma, officiating director for Public Relation and Publicity of Nepal Tourism Board (NTB), Sunil Chandra Sharma, managing director of Nepal Sutra and Taranath Lamichhane from Osho Vision Treks and Expedition. Ncell App Camp is Nepal’s largest mobile app development conclave and it is being organised as a continuation of Ncell’s CSR initiative launched in 2014.
