Ncell customers can now receive free or discounted outpatient department (OPD) consultations at Nepal Mediciti Hospital under a new partnership between the telecom operator and the hospital.
Customers with an active Ncell pack or rental of Rs 299 or above will receive a free OPD doctor consultation, while those with an active pack or rental of Rs 99 to below Rs 299 will receive a 20 per cent discount on OPD consultation charges.
The agreement was signed on Tuesday by Ncell Chief Consumer Business Officer Upanga Dutta and Nepal Mediciti Hospital Chief Executive Officer Dr Amit Tomer.
Eligible customers can access the benefits through the Ncell App by searching for Nepal Mediciti Hospital under the Partnered Services section. The applicable benefit will be displayed automatically to eligible subscribers.
Customers without an eligible pack or rental can activate one to access the offer, according to Ncell.
Dutta said the partnership was aimed at providing customers with benefits beyond mobile connectivity, while Tomer said such collaboration could help make healthcare services more accessible and affordable.
