Kathmandu, December 12

Private sector mobile service provider Ncell has started online recharge service for the first time in the country, enabling its customers to top-up their balance and pay post-paid mobile bills using debit and credit cards from Visa, MasterCard and UnionPay.

The service, which came into operation from today, is aimed at enhancing customer experience by implementing digital solutions, according to Ncell. Customers can simply visit website: payment.ncell.axiata.com, select debit/credit card recharge, fill details (mobile number that customers want to recharge, amount to be topped-up, card number and a three-digit security code that is printed on the back of cards) required to complete the transaction.

Customers can use the online recharge service via Ncell App as well. Through the website, customers can also top-up any Ncell number using recharge card PIN.
