KATHMANDU, NOVEMBER 26

Nepal Bank Limited (NBL) has called its 62nd Annual General meeting on December 17, 2021 (i.e. Poush 2, 2078).

The AGM will endorse a 17 per cent dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78.

Earlier, a meeting of the board of directors held on October 24, 2021 ( Kartik 7, 2078) had proposed to distribute 14 per cent bonus shares and 3 per cent cash dividend on the paid up capital of Rs 12.63 billion.

It has been learnt that meeting will be held in the company's central office in Dharmapath, Kathmandu, beginning at 11 am.

December 7, 2021 (Mangsir 21, 2078) is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend this AGM.

As of the last trading day of the week, NBL has an LTP of Rs 445.
