Kathmandu, July 19:

Visiting consulate general of Nepal in Spain Victor G Fraguas has urged entrepreneurs to explore Spanish market for exportable items, saying there is a huge demand for carpet and textile. He, during the meeting with the office bearers of Nepal Chamber of Commerce (NCC) at the Chamber secretariat, yesterday said that Nepali products like carpet and textile have a great potential in Spanish market and Nepal needs to promote its products by taking parts in trade fair.

Fraguas also invited Nepali businessmen to participate in the ‘Naturiva 2007’, which is being held in Madrid from November 2-4. Fraguas apprised the NCC officials that Spain could be developed as a good market for Nepali products.
