KATHMANDU: The meeting of the Board of Directors of NIC Asia Bank that took place on Sunday has decided to appoint Roshan Kumar Neupane as the chief executive officer (CEO) of the bank.

Neupane had been serving as the acting CEO of the bank after the approval of the resignation of the outgoing CEO Laxman Risal.

Issuing a press statement on Sunday, the bank informed that NIC Asia has already improved its financial indicators under the leadership of Neupane and has also witnessed expansion in the size of deposit and loan portfolios.
