KATHMANDU: Jabbor Kayumov has been appointed as the new chief executive officer (CEO) and managing director (MD) of Ncell Axiata Ltd (Ncell).
A meeting of the board of directors of Ncell held recently appointed Kayumov as new CEO and MD, as per a press statement.
Kayumov succeeded Andy Chong and assumed responsibilities from Wednesday.
Chong will be moving to his new role as Axiata Group chief corporate officer effective from June 1.
Kayumov brings with him almost 20 years of senior management experience in the telecom industry.
