KATHMANDU: Nepal Investment Bank Ltd (NIBL) has inaugurated its 78th branch in Hikila of Duhu rural municipality in Darchula, which is located in Province 7.

As per a statement issued by the bank, the branch was opened as per its plan to expand financial services to areas where banking facilities are still not available.

The statement adds that NIBL is the only domestic bank that has disbursed loans worth Rs 4.11 billion directly to 25,000 people under the deprived sector lending provision.
