KATHMANDU: NIC Asia Bank organised its 18th annual general meeting (AGM) in Biratnagar, on Sunday. It was held under the chairmanship of Jagadish Prasad Agrawal, chairman of the bank. The AGM passed the decision to distribute 39 per cent bonus shares and 2.05 per cent cash dividend for tax purposes from last fiscal year’s profit. It also passed the decision to distribute rights shares at a ratio of 4:1 after the distribution of bonus shares. Other decisions too were ratified by the AGM.
