KATHMANDU: NIC Asia Bank has allotted the debenture ‘NIC Asia Debenture 2024-25’ which was opened from December 28 to January 5.

The bank had issued debentures worth Rs three billion and successfully allotted it on Tuesday.

As per the bank, applicants will get nine per cent interest rate on the debenture. The debenture will be listed at the Nepal Stock Exchange and traded in the secondary market.

Nabil Investment was the issue manager of the debenture issuing process of the bank.

Securities Board of Nepal had approved the proposal of NIC Asia Bank to issue the debenture on December 18.
