NIMB Ace Capital Limited, in collaboration with Pioneer Law Associates and ICRA Nepal Limited, organized a workshop titled "Road to IPO: From Conversion to Listing" at Hotel Aloft, Kathmandu, on August 29, 2025.

The workshop provided corporate representatives with in-depth guidance on IPO processes, including legal frameworks, governance, capital structuring, pricing, and credit rating significance.

Opening the session, Shivanth Bahadur Pande, CEO of NIMB Ace Capital, emphasized the role of IPOs in long-term growth and capital formation.

Other speakers included Anup Raj Upreti of Pioneer Law Associates, Sachindra Dhungana of NIMB Ace Capital, and Rajib Maharjan of ICRA Nepal.
