KATHMANDU: Nimbus has announced the official launch of all models of Okaya scooter, a revolutionary electric scooter.
The grand launch event took place at the Okaya Scooter Showroom in Pulchowk, as per a media release. With an exceptional range of 140 to 160 km on a single charge and a top speed of 70 kmph (subject to load), the Okaya scooters are powered by an 2000W-BLDC-Hub Motor and equipped with a high-capacity 72V30Ah*2 (4.4 kWh) Lithium ION – LFP battery.
The scooter includes a generous three-year warranty on both the battery and motor.
Available in six colours - Metallic Black, Metallic Cyan, Matte Green, Metallic Grey, Metallic Silver, and Metallic White - Okaya scooters are manufactured by Okaya Electric Vehicles in India, and are available in three variants: Freedom E-scooter, FAAST F2T and FAST F4, with prices ranging from Rs 240,000 to Rs 370,000.
